hi everyone, I would love to know of your experience with using mindfulness to help with anxiety.
I’m currently working with a psychiatrist and learning that I cover up my feelings with anxiety, and learning to use mindfulness to feel my feelings and notice and observe them before I spiral in anxiety. Which is all great when I’m physically having an ok day... it’s when my pain flares or I’m super fatigued that I fear that if I tune into my body and notice the feelings that I’ll have to pay attention to my pain too. Has anyone experienced this? Would love to know your thoughts!
